Locator-Phone-Number is a geolocation SaaS that enables individuals acting in a private capacity to locate a mobile phone with the prior consent of the telephone number holder whose location is being sought.
A “Target Device” refers to any smartphone, tablet, mobile phone, or similar device that you track using Locator-Phone-Number.
General Provisions
To use Locator-Phone-Number, you must create an account on the Site, providing your email address, password, and payment information.
By placing an order for Locator-Phone-Number, you confirm that you have reached the legal age of adulthood in your country.
You acknowledge that we are not responsible for any data leaks from third-party databases or DNS servers.
You agree to use the Site and Locator-Phone-Number in compliance with all applicable laws. However, we are not liable for any subsequent use of Locator-Phone-Number, which remains your sole responsibility.
You are required to follow all instructions and documentation provided by us on the Website.

Requesting location data is permitted only for your own device, your children’s devices (provided they have not yet reached the age of adulthood in your country), and for individuals you have authorized to track. Tracking another person’s phone without explicit consent is illegal and strictly prohibited. In emergency situations, tracking without permission is also not allowed. If we discover that you have violated these rules, your account will be suspended, and we will notify the appropriate authorities. Any remaining credits will become invalid.
Provision of Information Upon Request by the Target Device Holder:
If the holder of the telephone number whose location is being sought (the “Target Device Holder”) becomes aware that their location is being tracked, they may request limited information about the Locator-Phone-Number user who tracked their location for a fee. This information may include: IP address, email, browser information (including browser name and version), device type (web, mobile, laptop), operating system (Windows, Android, macOS), browser language, and device screen size.
In no event shall the Company be liable for any losses, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, arising from or related to the accuracy, completeness, reliability, truth, validity, or legality of the information about the Locator-Phone-Number user tracking the Target Device Holder’s location that may be provided to the Target Device Holder for a fee as stated in this paragraph.
Security

End User License Conditions
Scope of License: The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license (“License”) to use Locator-Phone-Number.

Any refusal does not create liability or entitlement to reimbursement on our part. Ownership: The Company retains all rights, title, and interest in Locator-Phone-Number, including any original or copies, improvements, enhancements, or derivatives. All intellectual property rights associated with Locator-Phone-Number remain the exclusive property of the Company. As a licensee, you do not acquire any ownership rights through your use of Locator-Phone-Number. Locator-Phone-Number is protected by copyright laws and international treaties. The rights granted under this License are limited to using Locator-Phone-Number and do not extend to any other intellectual property rights.
Restrictions: You agree not to: (i) sell, lease, rent, license, sublicense, redistribute, assign, or grant access to Locator-Phone-Number; (ii) decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer Locator-Phone-Number, in whole or in part; (iii) create derivative software, attempt to derive source code, modify, or develop derivative works based on Locator-Phone-Number or any updates; (iv) disclose or make Locator-Phone-Number available to third parties without prior written consent from the Company; or (v) copy Locator-Phone-Number.
Any attempt to do so constitutes a violation of these Terms of Use (ToU) and the rights of the Company and/or other copyright owners. Breaching these restrictions may result in legal action and damages.
If you violate any of these requirements, you will be held accountable under applicable laws and international treaties regarding intellectual property rights and copyright protection. Any derivative software created will belong to the Company from the moment of its creation.
The Company may provide upgrades, modifications, updates, or additions (“Modifications”) to Locator-Phone-Number during the term of your License. The terms of this ToU will apply to any such Modifications unless accompanied by a separate license, in which case that license’s terms will govern.
An internet connection may be required to use Locator-Phone-Number. The Company is not responsible for any inability to access Locator-Phone-Number due to internet connectivity issues or lack of access.
Term and Termination: The term of this License runs concurrently with your subscription plan, which authorizes you to use Locator-Phone-Number. Your rights under this License will terminate automatically without notice from the Company if you fail to comply with any terms of this ToU or if your subscription period expires.
Intellectual Property
Trademarks: The Locator-Phone-Number logo is a registered trademark/service mark of Locator-Phone-Number.
Unauthorized use of the Locator-Phone-Number trademark, service mark, or logo constitutes a violation of applicable trademark laws and international intellectual property regulations.
Copyright: All intellectual property rights related to the Site and Locator-Phone-Number are owned by the Company or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws and international copyright treaties.
You may not use or reproduce any part of this website or its materials in any form without obtaining prior written permission from Locator-Phone-Number.
Images on this website that reference Licensed Material may only be downloaded for personal use and are strictly prohibited from republication, retransmission, reproduction, or any other unauthorized use.
Liability and Warranties

We reserve the right to deny service to, or terminate the service of, any user, particularly if a user attempts to locate the device of an individual who has not provided consent. In such cases, we may block all accounts associated with the violating user.
These Terms of Use outline certain legal rights; you may have additional rights under the laws of your state or country. These Terms do not alter your rights under the laws of your state or country.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Cyprus. Any disputes will be resolved by the appropriate courts in Cyprus.
If the laws of your state or country prohibit you from using Locator-Phone-Number, you acknowledge and agree that the responsibility lies solely with you.
The original, legally binding version of this document is in English. Translations into other languages are provided for the convenience of non-English-speaking users. In case of any discrepancies between the English version and a translated version, the English version prevails.
